Journalist Lorri Allen was single for 33 years, so she has a place in her heart for singles. She has struggled with weight, so she has compassion for situations that make women feel helpless. She's been married long enough to know about the joys and work involved. Through it all, Lorri has found strength in the love of Jesus, so she has been speaking to encourage others since the early 90's.

In 2001 and 2002, Lorri hosted a weekly segment on "The Clemens Report." It was syndicated to Christian radio stations internationally. Lorri's call to merge broadcasting with ministry occurred in 2004, when she was hired to be the news director and anchor for FamilyNet, a faith-based TV network.

Lorri is active in the National Speakers Association. The surprising story of how her parents met was published in the best-selling book, Chocolate for a Woman's Heart. When Lorri's not speaking to Christians, she coaches news makers on how to work with the media!
